Cancellation Policy
All sessions are 2 hours (30 min prep, 60 min live, 30 min debrief). Sessions may be booked up to 7 days in advance. Rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours prior to the session. Cancellations within 24 hours count as a completed session. Unused sessions expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Memberships renew monthly unless canceled before the renewal date. Communication and delivery occur through Microsoft Teams unless otherwise agreed. Session prep requires clients to provide backlog or context at least 24 hours before the meeting. No refunds for unused or missed sessions.
