I have always believed that transformation begins with clarity. Before leading large-scale change initiatives, I was the person in the room asking, “What problem are we really solving?” That question became the cornerstone of my career and eventually the foundation of NBD Consulting Services.

My journey began in operations at Pacific Life, a temporary role that quickly evolved into a 16-year career spanning business analysis, product management, and leadership within the Product PMO. Working with actuaries, compliance, and technology teams, I learned how to take an idea from concept to customer launch. I also discovered the power of alignment, the ability to bring clarity to complex systems and connect strategy to execution.

From there, my path led to guiding major transformation efforts at companies such as Toyota Financial Services, where I managed a $12 million technology divestiture during the organization’s corporate relocation, and Experian, where I led a $24 million modernization initiative to retire mainframes and migrate to the cloud. I introduced earned value management and pioneered agile leadership practices that reshaped how technology and product teams collaborated.

At the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), I built upon this foundation to lead delivery transformation at scale by designing delivery standards, coaching leaders, and co-developing programs that strengthened agile maturity across hundreds of squads.

These experiences shaped the mission of NBD Consulting Services: to help organizations modernize, align, and scale predictably without losing the human connection that drives lasting change.

Today, NBD Consulting partners with executives, product leaders, and transformation teams to turn strategic intent into measurable outcomes. Whether the focus is building delivery maturity, developing leadership capability, or embedding agility into the fabric of an organization, our approach is rooted in what I have practiced throughout my career: clarity, consistency, and meaningful impact.
