Service Description
The Agile Coaching Block is designed for organizations that want expert Agile guidance without committing to a full-time engagement. Each block provides on-demand access to a senior Agile Coach who can be deployed across a variety of needs — from short-term team interventions to executive alignment sessions. How It Works You purchase a block of coaching hours that can be applied flexibly over a defined period. Time can be scheduled in increments that fit your pace — such as 2-hour workshops, 1:1 leadership coaching, sprint retrospectives, or structured improvement sessions. Ideal Uses Your Agile Coaching Block can be tailored to: Team Performance Optimization – Diagnose bottlenecks, strengthen ceremonies, and accelerate delivery flow. Leadership Coaching – Help managers and product leaders develop Agile mindsets and lead high-performing teams. Team Startups – Guide new or restructured teams through Agile chartering, goal setting, and rhythm establishment. Scaling Support – Introduce or refine practices across multiple teams or business units. Agile Maturity Assessment – Evaluate where your teams are and develop a targeted improvement plan. Cancellation Policy
Agile Coaching Block Booking Policy Scheduling Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance based on mutual availability. Sessions can be booked in increments that best fit your needs (e.g., 1–4 hours). All bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling and Cancellations Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in the session being deducted from your available coaching hours. In the event the coach must reschedule, a new session will be offered at the earliest mutual convenience. Expiration of Coaching Hours Purchased coaching blocks must be utilized within 90 days of the initial booking date unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Unused hours after the expiration date are non-refundable but may be extended at NBD Consulting Services’ discretion. Billing and Additional Hours Payment for the full block is due prior to the start of the first session. Additional hours beyond the purchased block will be billed at the current hourly coaching rate or can be applied toward a new block. Scope of Coaching Coaching hours may be applied toward team sessions, leadership coaching, Agile assessments, workshops, or facilitation, as mutually agreed upon. Deliverables or extended consulting engagements outside the block scope may require a separate agreement. Confidentiality and Professional Conduct All coaching sessions are confidential and conducted under professional standards aligned with Agile Coaching and consulting best practices.
